This is the only home center on the north side of town. They do have most things but there price is definitely higher than Lowe's or Home Depot. But it is convenient.

ZERO STARS! I want to express my true dissatisfaction with the highly unprofessional conduct from your current manager at your establishment. I was subjected to an outright aggressive confrontation by your store manager, who raised their voice at me while I was holding my six-month-old infant in my arms. This behavior is not only completely unacceptable and demeaning! but potentially distressing to a vulnerable child. No customer ! regardless of the circumstances — should ever be shouted at, let alone while caring for a baby! Your store's refusal to accept returns is both predatory and deeply frustrating. How sad to leave Customers with no recourse after purchasing items, trapping them into financial losses with zero accountability on your part. I seriously urge management and ownership to address these issues! the hostile conduct of your staff and the exploitative NO-RETURN policy are driving customers away and damaging your reputation. Should this matter go unresolved, I will not hesitate to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly across all available review platforms. What a disappointment for business!

My favorite hardware store in Amarillo hands down, I recently completed about the gates on the east side. Thankfully they are working on this issue, replied to my comment, and I am happy to be able to update my review.

Best hardware store in town hands down, comparable to home depot & Lowe's. I always try them first, very knowledgeable staff and always plenty of help. Prices are usually the same price or cheaper as well. One of the few stores worth going out of the way for in my opinion.
